Training & Qualifications:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supporting people with learning difficulties, autism, challenging behaviour and mental health needs to develop independent living skills
- Liaising with senior staff and external agencies to enable service user to have a choice of lifestyle and support
- Contributing to writing succinct handover notes and cares plans, and ensure they are adhered to
- Assisting service users with practical daily chores, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
- Ensuring standards set by the Health & Safety Act and Care Standards Act are maintained
